ReusableWorld Terms of Service

ReusableWorld reserves the right to make changes to our policies and terms and conditions at any time and they shall be effective immediately upon notification on the site.

Account:

To purchase products on the site you must create an account and enter in your name, address, delivery address and email. This information will be stored and used only for the purposes of delivering your order and providing a history of past orders. ReusableWorld will not license, sell or provide your personal details to any unaffiliated third party. Your email address may be used to tailor offers and send communication regarding products, services, special offerings, events or programs. At any point in time you can choose to be removed from our mailing lists from your account details on the website. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and password and will be able to change your password at any time. You are responsible for the actions you and any person using your login undertakes on the site.

Postage Policy

ReusableWorld delivers via Australia Post. Freight charges are calculated via Australia post as per the order weight, size and delivery location. ReusableWorld takes care to pack items to prevent them from being damaged during the shipping process. Once your order is in transit it is in the care of Australia Post and ReusableWorld takes no responsibility if it is damaged or lost. Please contact us if you have an issue with delivery and we will do what we can to help you track your delivery.

• Only products in stock are available to purchase except in the case of some locally made nappy packages in which agreements have been made with the supplier/brand.
• All orders are dispatched within 3 days of payment confirmed excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Express Post is available for an additional cost as shown at the checkout.
• All postage information collected goes directly to Australia Post.
• Extra large or heavy items shipped to remote areas may incur additional freight charges however it will be noted with the product and at the checkout.

Refund and Returns

If for some reason your purchase was not what was expected then please contact ReusableWorld to discuss the matter. If the item is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified then we will replace or refund it inclusive of postage costs. Please contact ReusableWorld to arrange postage.

If you change your mind and the item is returned in a saleable condition in the original packing we will be happy to offer you a credit minus the postage costs. It must be unused and unwashed (in the case of nappies). A restocking fee may be applied for certain items.

For all returns the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it in order to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. If the 14 day period has passed then please contact us to discuss the matter further.

Only products held in stock by ReusableWorld are listed on the site. In the event a human error is made and the item purchased is not available or will be delayed then ReusableWorld will offer a refund, exchange to an item at the same value or acceptance of the delay without incurring any additional postage costs.

Warranties

ReusableWorld is not liable for any warranty, guarantee or implied warranty for the products sold on this site. Most products sold on the ReusableWorld website come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer. If you are unable to locate the contact details of the manufacturer please don’t hesitate to contact ReusableWorld for assistance.

Payments:

We accept Paypal and direct deposit for online orders. All Paypal transactions occur on the Paypal site and security is managed by Paypal. Orders that have not been paid for within 7 days are cancelled. Orders are not despatched until payment is confirmed. Payment via cheque is accepted from schools, playgroups or early learning centres only.

Privacy

The ReusableWorld privacy policy is available on the website. By agreeing to these terms & conditions it is understood it applies to you and your use of this site.

Security:

ReusableWorld takes your security seriously and all reasonable steps have been undertaken to ensure your personal information and shopping history is stored securely. All payment transactions are undertaken on the Paypal website and security is the responsibility of Paypal. You acknowledge that despite all reasonable precautions there is a risk of unauthorised access to your transmissions of data or information contained on the site or your computer system. ReusableWorld accepts no liability to the maximum extent permitted by law from any loss that may incur as a result of such activity.
